Beechworth Project x Hè Hè

This gorgeous country cottage dates back to the 1860’s. Updated by previous owners to an ultra modern state that was jarring with its traditional surrounds, this old homestead needed some of its charm back. In keeping with the natural surrounds of the area, a rich colour palette of green and blue hues was used. The bold colour choices made the individual spaces feel grand where white previously felt lifeless. Picture rails were added in every room to create ease with displaying artwork. A sense of mood and charm was captured in each room, with colour and texture playing a large part in the design. Luxurious linens, woolen throws and colourful, patterned throw cushions were supplemented by delicate light fittings, rugged timbers and natural sisal floor coverings. This country home has found it’s soul.

Just had my world coloured by Hè Hè Design. We have moved from white in every room to rich deep colours accented by white trims and ceilings. Love every room. Erin is amazing.
